1. General
SMaxC3 provides coworking spaces, meeting facilities, training spaces, and community services for entrepreneurs, freelancers, professionals, students, organizations, and small businesses.
All members and visitors are expected to use our facilities responsibly and respectfully.
2. Membership & Bookings
Memberships and workspace bookings are subject to availability.
Meeting rooms and event spaces should be reserved in advance.
Memberships are non-transferable unless approved by SMaxC3.
3. Payments
Membership fees, booking charges, and other applicable fees must be paid before using the facilities unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Workspace Usage
Members and visitors agree to:
- Respect other members and staff.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Use shared spaces responsibly.
- Avoid excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.
- Follow all safety and building regulations.
SMaxC3 reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.
5. Internet Usage
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided to support normal business and educational activities.
Users are responsible for ensuring their online activities comply with applicable laws. Illegal downloads, hacking, spamming, or any misuse of the network is strictly prohibited.
6. Meeting & Event Spaces
Users are responsible for leaving meeting rooms and event spaces in the same condition they were provided.
Any damage to furniture, equipment, or property may result in repair or replacement charges.
7. Personal Belongings
Members and visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
SMaxC3 is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
8. Visitors
Visitors are welcome during business hours with prior approval where applicable.
The member hosting the visitor is responsible for their conduct while on the premises.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Harassment or discrimination
- Smoking or use of prohibited substances inside the premises
- Damage to property or equipment
- Activities that disturb other members
10. Liability
While we strive to provide a safe and reliable workspace, SMaxC3 shall not be liable for interruptions caused by power outages, internet service issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected during memberships or bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for business operations and customer support.
12. Changes to These Terms
SMaxC3 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our facilities or website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
