Years and years ago, in the history of business enterprise, to establish a business, you needed to get a business charter from the Kingdom. The powers at be would scrutinize the business plan and look for a guarantee that the business would benefit the people. If there was good evidence of public benefit the creator of the business would receive a charter for business. This charter was evaluated from time to time to be sure it was beneficial. Society has come a long way from this accountability and sadly big business has often not been interested in benefitting public interests.
